1. Acceptance

By accessing https://vectorafiles.com or downloading any file from Vectora, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Personal use license

Unless a file page states a different license, files are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may download, modify and cut them for yourself, as gifts, or for educational use.

You may not resell, redistribute, re-upload or share the original files (modified or not) on other websites, marketplaces or file-sharing groups, nor claim them as your own work.

3. Commercial use

Selling physical products made from a design may require permission from its original author. If a file page does not explicitly allow commercial use, contact the author or us before selling items made with it.

4. Copyright and removal (takedown) requests

We respect intellectual property. Some designs on the site come from the maker community. If you believe a design infringes your rights, send a notice to [email protected] including: identification of the work, the URL(s) on our site, your contact information, and a statement that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

We review every notice and remove or correct the content when the request is valid, normally within 48 hours. Repeated infringements lead to permanent removal of the related content.

5. No warranty

Files are provided "as is". We try to check that they open and match their previews, but we cannot guarantee that every file is error-free, fits your machine, material or settings. Always test on scrap material first.

6. Safety and limitation of liability

Laser, CNC and plasma machines are potentially dangerous. You are solely responsible for operating your equipment safely, choosing suitable materials and following the manufacturer's instructions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage, injury or losses resulting from the use of any file or information on the site.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a rate that affects other users, bypass technical limits, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may block access that abuses the service.

8. Third-party content and advertising

The site may display ads and links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or practices of those third parties.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision; continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
